Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 jar MID'S Italian Sausage Sauce
- 1-1/2 pints sour cream
- 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
- 3 oz. can mushroom pieces
- 8 oz. package shell macaroni
- 1-1/2 lb. package sliced provolone
- 1-1/2 lb. package sliced mozzarella

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook meat in large skillet until done, then drain fat.
- Add onions, MID'S Sauce, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms (do not drain), and mix well. Simmer 20 minutes.
- Cook macaroni as directed and rinse.
- Pour half of macaroni in large baking dish.
- Cover with half of meat mixture then half of the sour cream. Top with provolone cheese.
- Repeat layers, but top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
